    Attendees of WTM Africa may require a visa to visit South Africa. Please check with your local South African Embassy or visit the Department for Home Affairs South Africa website on whether you require a visa for your trip to WTM Africa.

    New visa / entry regulations

    There has been much in the news recently regarding the new regulations for entry into South Africa. Reed Exhibitions is monitoring all the info as closely as possible, but in order to ensure that you are kept informed we recommend you visit www.southafrica.info on a regular basis in order to stay abreast of all the changes.

  • Vaccines and Medications when visiting South Africa

    Generally, vaccines are not required when visiting South Africa. There are some exceptions, such as Yellow Fever for countries from South America. Please visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s page here on South Africa for detailed up-to-date information.

    Yellow Fever Information

    Yellow Fever is a viral illness for which there is no cure, but there is an effective vaccine which will prevent it. It is transmitted by a day-time biting mosquito. The Yellow Fever virus continuously lurks in the background in the forests and jungles of Africa, Central and South America.
